Function Overview

  • Feeder module automatically peels labels and presents them on the release plate for pickup.
  • A four-axis robotic arm picks up the adhesive backing or labels with high stability.
  • The bottom camera (vision system) detects the real-time position of the adhesive material.
  • The top camera identifies the coordinates of the target product.
  • The system calculates alignment coordinates through algorithms to achieve fully automatic, high-precision placement.
  • Placement accuracy: ±0.05 mm
  • Machine utilization rate: ≥95%
  • Pass rate: ≥99.5%
  • Waste rate during processing: ≤1%
  • Throughput: 1500–2000 pcs/hour
